After completing this program, the trainee will have learned how a real front services operation is managed with first - hand experience and will be fully immersed in the Nobu culture. Essential Functions: - Learn all aspects of the Nobu hotel Barcelona and all pertaining points of interest of the destination. - Learn hotel room categories and basic information on outlets menus. - Learn and perform all technical aspects of front services: how to check in/ check out guests, do rooms move, upsell rooms, allocate rooms, balance inventory, deliver luggage and packages, handling dining transfer reservations, etc. - Learn and execute shift opening and closing procedures. - Collect guest preferences and prepare for all VIP arrivals. - Learn how to handle and efficiently resolve guest incidents and internal breakdowns. Requirements: - Education: Currently studying hospitality management. - Experience: Prior working experience in a hotel or restaurant is valuable. - Technical skills: Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word.
