Responsibilities:
Coordinate staff availability and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams.
Take comprehensive notes during meetings, highlighting key takeaways and action items.
Act as the primary contact for project-related communications, facilitating information flow between team members, clients, and external partners.
Manage Project Management tools, overseeing task assignment, timeline tracking, and project status updates.
Organize and maintain digital assets related to projects, ensuring easy access and version control.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, approvals, changes, and final deliverables.
Research up-to-date marketing tactics and trends that align with our brand's goals and provide actionable recommendations.
Create engaging social media posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Upload final project deliverables to YouTube and assist in the development of case studies for portfolio showcasing.
Draft and distribute newsletters and blog posts, using provided direction and insights to highlight our brand's achievements.
Assist in developing case studies on our website using pre-built templates and content management systems (CMS).
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with outstanding communication and writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Familiarity with newsletter development software and website content management systems (CMS) for blogs and case studies is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using Monday.com for project management and coordination, is a plus.
