We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payment Analyst with a strong background in the online gaming/gambling industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, analyzing, optimizing, and improving the payment processes to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue. The candidate should have experience in data analytics, payment success rate optimization, purchase conversion enhancement, and AB testing (Python skills are a plus for this role). Additionally, the role requires strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including payment, fraud, product among other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use SQL to analyze payment data and create dashboards with tools like Tableau, PowerBI or Looker.
Report on payment metrics and test outcomes to inform strategy.
Improve Payment Success Rates:
Implement strategies to reduce declines and enhance transaction success.
Analyze payment failure trends
Develop strategies to recover failed transactions.
Boost Purchase Conversion:
Identify bottlenecks in the payment funnel.
Recommend UX improvements to increase conversion rates.
AB Testing:
Help in the designs of the AB tests
Analyze results and recommend actionable improvements.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong SQL, data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), Python (a plus).
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the gambling industry, especially in payments.
Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong collaboration and communication skills.
