Location: Llinars del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain) Company: Global leader in sustainable packaging Contract: 6 - month leased employee (with strong possibility to become permanent) About the role: At Crit, we are working with a global leader in sustainable packaging committed to innovation and sustainability. We are looking for a Plant System Analyst to join the IT Infrastructure team and provide high - level support to ensure the performance and reliability of critical enterprise systems. This role is a great opportunity for someone with experience in IT systems administration who wants to grow in a global company and be part of an international IT environment supporting more than 15, 000 users worldwide. Key responsibilities: - Administer and support complex IT environments, performing installation, configuration, backup, and recovery. - Ensure system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning. - Provide Tier 2 support, managing incidents, requests, and problem resolution under ITIL best practices. - Collaborate with global IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners. - Guarantee compliance with IT security, governance, and regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc. ) . - Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation. - Suggest improvements to optimize infrastructure and IT processes.RequisitosWhat we are looking for: - Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or similar. - 3+ years of experience in system administration / IT infrastructure support in corporate environments. - Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, monitoring, and backup solutions. - Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc. ) . - Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams. - Fluent English (written & spoken) .
