Propeller Aero
Propeller is on a mission to take the guesswork out of earthworks - reducing wasted fuel, time, and money. We do this through the power of maps.
Our customers use Propeller’s integrated hardware and software products to capture accurate 3D versions of their worksites using drones. With over 50,000 worksites worldwide using Propeller’s smart survey technology, we empower project teams to map, measure, and manage site activity.
Propeller empowers everyone to approach, own, and solve problems creatively. We’re data nerds who care about impact, honesty, and each other. We take pride in being a great place to work. We are proud to be recipients of BI Group's Excellence in Customer Experience award and Inspiring Workplaces of Australasia, being recognized as a Fast Company and BuiltIn Best Place to Work. You can learn more about us on Glassdoor.
Your Mission
Propeller is experiencing high growth across all markets. Your mission is to drive sales from the frontline, playing a critical role in developing the EMEA region. You’ll be selling to both SMBs and large customers, from lead generation to close. You’ll also get leads from our website and you will handle incoming leads from our dealer network in the region, giving you every opportunity to succeed and close those deals with interested prospects. We’re growing across Europe, but have a particular focus on growth in the UKI and Nordic regions.
You’ll work with a group of talented and experienced sales professionals who will get you up to speed so you can identify that ideal customer profile and change the way they work, for the better!
This is a fully remote position based out of the mainland United Kingdom. You will be expected to travel roughly 30% - 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
You’ll manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal negotiation to closure, including customer renewals and expansions in your region.
You will maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts and follow-up on inbound marketing leads. You will partner with our reseller teams on sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales goals whilst maintaining Propeller's high standards of engagement.
Nurture relationships with prospective customers across Europe as well as incoming leads via our UK/I dealer. You’ll help them to understand how Propeller can change the way they work, for the better.
Travel will be required to visit customers, prospects, dealers, and to attend customer events and internal meetings. While a successful AE will control their schedule, it is expected that up to 50% travel will be required in order to be successful in this role.
You’ll join in-person drone demonstrations and pitch to Survey Managers and Directors.
You’ll be serving as a conduit between the customer and our internal teams, ensuring that customer needs and wants are communicated.
Your Skills
5+ years in construction technology sales, with a track record of successful proactive selling in the UK.
You have a history of exceeding your sales quota.
