<p><strong>Account Executive</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>The role of an account executive (AE) is to build relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones.&nbsp; Serving as point of contact for clients and internal company teams, often interacting with both daily.&nbsp; Helping to create product presentations, ensuring we are maximizing profitability through proper quoting, order processing and following up on client requests.&nbsp; Primarily client facing but given visibility to learn the cadence, brand strategy, and expectations of the service level we are known to provide.&nbsp; An ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the company and have a desire to learn about the industry.&nbsp; We are looking for someone that wants to launch their career with Rymax.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with sales in driving value and meeting customer needs.</li><li>Create sales proposals, correspondence and reports.</li><li>Update customer portals with product, order and tracking information.</li><li>Project and order management from start to finish to meet deadlines.</li><li>Research, Create and maintain relationships.</li><li>Schedule and follow up on project deliverables and shipments to ensure deadlines.</li><li>Work as a team with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Able to handle multiple responsibilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to prioritize effectively.</li><li>Maintain High levels of professionalism when interacting with clients and employees.</li><li>Exhibit high levels of customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Other job duties and projects as assigned.</li><li>Travel to customer events throughout the year.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support–&nbsp;<ul><li>ASI, promotional products or merchandise industries, a plus</li></ul></li><li>Customer Service skills – proven ability to deal effectively with clients.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams via verbal and written communications.</li><li>General knowledge of Microsoft Office.<ul><li>Ability to create documents and spreadsheets.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have advanced excel skills set including formulas, V-Lookup, mark up, margin, etc.</li></ul></li><li>Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Order Processing - project management skills.</li><li>Multi-tasking</li><li>Detail Oriented – Follow-up and tracking of orders to ensure project deliverables</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k) plan with an employer match</li><li>Life insurance and long-term disability insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Generous employee purchase and incentive programs</li></ul><p>Rymax (http://www.rymaxinc.com) understands the value of employee appreciation and customer loyalty.
