The PositionArkatechture is looking for an Account Executive who can help financial service institutions realize their data-driven strategic goals. We expect the Account Executive to establish new business relationships with enterprise customers, driving sales of our SaaS platform.As an Account Executive at Arkatechture, you’ll play a key role in acquiring new customers who will turn into long-term fans of our SaaS platform, Arkalytics. You’ll be expected to strategically build and manage your pipeline of future customers, balancing both inbound and outbound leads. Leveraging your unique expertise, you’ll support future customers through a full, consultative sales cycle, collaborating with other internal resources as needed. Our most successful team members are curious, can-do collaborators who see sales as the start of a relationship versus a transactional interaction. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet quarterly new business sales targets of our SaaS offering, Arkalytics, through effective lead generation and pipeline managementDevelop and execute account based sales efforts to meet targets, partnering with marketing, business advisory services, and other stakeholders as warrantedDevelop trust and relationships with key accounts, prospective clients and local business leadersEffectively communicate Arkalytics’ value proposition, creating excitement and understanding for a data-driven organizationManage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system. Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM systemStay current on industry trends and thought leadership which support your ability to partner with prospective customersMaster the sales cycle, effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders at the right points.Practice effective time-management skills and leadership; you must be able to keep meetings, clients and other stakeholders on-task and productiveTravel to customer locations and conferences in support of sales efforts as neededSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum Qualifications5+ years of direct experience selling software and business intelligence services, ideally to financial service customersExperience in identifying and selling technologies in new key customers and expanding existing market segmentsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing complex, six figure + dealsHighly organized multi-tasker who is self-driven and competitiveAbility to prioritize multiple, competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and comfort presenting to large, senior audiencesStrong self-organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsProficient with GSuite and Hubspot (or similar CRM)Preferred QualificationsExperience selling data-related SaaS products to financial service institutionsExperience working in a start-up or a small, fast-paced environmentA passion for building and following revenue-related processes
