Let us help you achieve your financial goals with confidence.Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reportsPerform general ledger reconciliation and analysisAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsProcess weekly/monthly payrollProcess sales tax reportingProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance filingsSupport the month-end and year-end close processesPerform data entry and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with budgeting and forecasting activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reportingRequirements:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or PayrollStrong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principlesFamiliarity with debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliationKnowledge of payroll is a plusExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesMust be FULLY bilingual (spanish) - writing, speaking, readingWe provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
