Accounting POSITION AVAILABLETPUOA is looking for a business professional to work as Accounting Person 35 to 40 hours per week. First-tier responsibilities include: Conduct all accounts payable & receivable, bank deposits, provide accounting information to Treasurer and collection committee. Coordination of the Collections processes. Familiar with basic accounting principles, cash and accrual accounting.Preferred requirements: Associates degree specializing in accounting. Proficient in QuickBooks with at least 2 years experience.Proficient in Excel and Word with minimum 3 years experience.The successful candidate must have excellent organizational & communication skills and demonstrated ability in managing projects, organizing workflow, customer service, and in current office technology/software. Helpful background experience in HOA.Sick leave is provided per state law. There are no medical benefits or paid vacation.
