Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of North American accounting practices and experience with invoice management. Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB), SAP, and NetSuite (NS) is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, approval, and payment processing. Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. Efficiently search for and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and resolution of discrepancies.Assist in generating financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable.Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting. Experience with QB, SAP, or NS is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software; experience with QB, SAP, or NS is a plus.Knowledge: Strong understanding of North American accounting practices and standards.Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Time Zone- Overlap in EST Time
