Accounts Payable Associate

Custom Millwork & Design Group, Inc (CMD) is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate, with construction and manufacturing experience. The Accounts payable associate will be responsible for maintaining the regular account duties for payables within our organization.Accounts Payable Associates Duties and Responsibilities:Accounts Payables;Processing invoices;Reconciliation of accounts;Paying and/or receiving payments from vendors and customers;Credit card reconciliation;Answering the phone;Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;Maintaining records, including receipts, reports and invoices; andAccounts Payable Requirements and QualificationQuickBooks experience is required;Excel experience preferred;Microsoft experience preferred;Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills; and1 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.Job Type: Part-TimeSalary: $28.00 - $38.00 per hourSchedule:Part-TimeExperience:Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable: 1 to 3 years (preferred)QuickBooks: 1-year (required)Work Location: In-person at 607 Bantam Road, Bantam, Connecticut
