We’re revolutionaries – so for us changing the way the world works is all in a day’s work.The Accounts Receivable Coordinator - French Speaking manages cash collections and the resolution of billing queries across the EMEA managed region. You will work directly with Smartsheet customers and partners alongside Sales and Customer Success. The expectation is to consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience both internally and externally.
You will report to the Director of Finance Operations - EMEA and APJ and can work from our Edinburgh, UK or London, UK offices, or remotely from within the UK.
You Will:
Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
Focus on reducing ageing and increasing cash collections
Work collaboratively to resolve billing queries and ensure timely payment
Participate in regular debt reviews
Manage high volumes of inbound queries
Aim to drive process improvement
Complete other responsibilities as assigned to support growth in the EMEA region
Perform other duties as assigned
You Have:
Fluency in French is required
3+ years of related experience within commercial collections
A history of meeting or exceeding collections targets
Customer Service and service ticket/case management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail that enables accurate completion of tasks
Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities and handle tasks under pressure
CICM qualification advantageous
Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
