The AR Specialist will play a key role in managing the company's receivables process. This role involves AR responsibilities, including posting cash, managing customer payments, and performing bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities:Process and post incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate mannerReconcile bank statements and cash receipts dailyCommunicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactionsAssist in month-end closing processes and reportingCollaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth cash flow managementUtilize Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks and reporting
Job requirements:Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a related roleProficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience in posting cash and performing bank reconciliationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWorking conditions:- Work schedule: 8am - 5pm EST
