Job Title: IQMS Analyst (Temporary Full-Time)Department: EngineeringReports To: Process EngineerDuration: 12 weeks, with a possibility of extension Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled IQMS Analysts to join our dynamic team. This program is designed to offer temporary employees a hands-on learning experience in various aspects of enterprise resource planning, data analysis and reporting in a real-world manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on the development and deployment of our ERP software solutions.Attend and contribute insights during team meetings, helping to tailor solutions to client needs.Enhance our products' design and functionality while working on real projects.Develop job control sheets for each individual product range. Verify Bill of Materials parameters with ERP system from actual manufacturing conditions. Support day to day Bill of Materials modification requests.Work with Process and Design Engineering Teams for modifying existing Bill of Materials and developing new Bill of Materials for new products. Qualifications:Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.Prior manufacturing internship desirable, but not required; trained in EHS standards.Understanding of BOM, or Bill of Materials for manufacturing.Knowledge of ERP system; IQMS preferred.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Manufacturing process knowledge in Sand Casting, Injection molding and Blow molding is a plus.Strong communication abilities and a propensity for teamwork. Physical Requirements: This position may require frequent bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
