As an Analytics Analyst, you will be working directly with lender partners to manage the assembly, deployment, validation, and optimization of their custom risk and targeting models within the ECS platform. You will be a critical bridge between our lenders partners and the product team, ensuring partners are supported and key product feedback is provided back to the business teams.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceExpert knowledge of Python and SQL. Proficiency with R or similar industry standard tools used for large-scale data analysis and modeling strongly preferredFlexible thinker, comfortable working with both internal and external teamsKey ResponsibilitiesWork with both internal and external data science teams to integrate and build models on the platform, as well as optimize additional criteria/business logicBuild strong relationships with individuals at partner financial institutions that hold varying positions in different business unitsUnderstand the capabilities of the Experian Marketplace and client platform to consult with partners on best practices and capabilitiesWork closely with product leaders to support partner onboarding and provide feedback to improve partner support models, product enhancements, and model requirementsOptimize and guide the partner model building, validation, and deployment process to achieve success across the business unitQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited college or university. Advanced Degree is a plus.2+ years of experience in statistical analysis and modeling especially with consumer credit underwriting, customer segmentation, and customer valuations.Experience in managing relationships, partnering with credit bureaus, media technologies, or other third-party data providers/sources strongly preferredExperience in working at financial institutions offering Credit Card, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, and Mortgage credit products strongly preferred Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
