Your Role
As an Analytics Manager you will empower people in the company to take informed actions. You will partner closely with the most senior leaders of our business and your primary goal will be to ensure that the data needs of their departments are being met. Confident, clear, and frequent communication will be required. The primary deliverables of your team will be data products, as well as thought leadership, troubleshooting, and the successful scaling of our processes.
Specific day-to-day responsibilities:

Build and manage a high-performing team of data analysts providing guidance on soft and hard skills, promoting best practices, developing culture, and evaluating performance.
Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and strategically evolve the data products they use to achieve their goals.
Own and prioritize the request work stream for new data products, enhancements, and fixes.
Communicate responsively across teams, align expectations, and manage project scopes.
Improve our internal support processes and efficiency as we scale the team.
Work with data producers to ensure sufficient data collection and high data integrity.
Create trustworthy and standardized data to expose an accurate and consistent view of the business.
Develop actionable dashboards and insightful statistical analyses to inform strategy, understand customer and CareDriver acquisition and retention, assess product performance, and positively impact company revenue and transportation solutions.

Skills and Experience

10+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with direct stakeholder interactions and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
A track record of impactful project and people management experiences.
Experience working as an individual contributor on a data analytics team.
Sound knowledge of data visualization, analytical, and statistical methods and the technical ability to apply these methods, e.g., using BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), SQL, and scripting languages (Python, R).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts and their implications to leadership and other decision makers with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Highly self-motivated learner, with strong attention to detail. Curious, collaborative, team player.
Passionate about high quality, insightful data analysis and making a difference with data.

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
