ArtLab Enrichment Program is looking for a part-time Art Teacher for grades K-2.**Pay is pay class, not per hour. This includes travel time, set-up and cleanup.About ArtLab Enrichment Program:ArtLab is an innovative and engaging enrichment program that aims to foster creativity and artistic exploration among students in kindergarten through 2nd grade. We are currently seeking passionate and talented teachers to bring the ArtLab Enrichment Program to schools in the DFW area. This program provides students with a one-hour art class per week, offering them a platform to develop their artistic skills and express their creativity while learning about different science topics.Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate art lessons to students. Lesson plans and materials will be provided.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and experimentation.- Foster a love for art and creativity through hands-on activities and projects.- Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.- Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them develop their artistic abilities.- Collaborate with school staff and administrators to ensure the smooth implementation of the ArtLab Enrichment Program.Requirements:- Previous teaching experience, preferably in art education or a related field.- Strong artistic and creative skills, with a solid understanding of various art techniques and mediums.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.- Organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting the program's schedule.Availability:The ArtLab Enrichment Program is available for public, private, and charter schools across the DFW area. Classes are conducted once a week, with each session lasting one hour.
