Duración de la oferta: hasta el 18/04/2025.FuncionesImportante organización ubicada en Bilbao precisa incorporar a su plantilla una persona para trabajar como Asistente/a de comunicación y edición. Main functions and duties (under the supervision of the corporate promotions manager and in close coordination with the team): Website editorial content and social media: -Draft highlights, news items and other types of content for EU-OSHAs websites. -Upload and publish different types of web content upon request. -Assist in the online publication workflow on the website(s): content upload validation translation verification scheduling publishing. -Support to monitoring conversations/exchanges in EU-OSHA social media channels. Other tasks: -Attend and participate in internal meetings. -Update and keep records of overview files (editorial overview, co-promotion activities, and press office overview). -Additional help with some administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis. ESSENTIAL: -Excellent working knowledge of English (equivalent to C1 level); -Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); -Experience in working with content management systems such as Drupal or others; -Experience in social media posting and community management; -Demonstrated very good writing and editing skills in English; -Ability to organise and prioritise, delivering quality results under tight deadlines; -Very good interpersonal skills, team-work and service-oriented attitude; -Capacity to work effectively within a multicultural working environment; -Problem solving skills with a practical, hands on approach; -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of at least 3 years in the main competences required.Se ofrecePLACE OF WORK: Bilbao (Agency premises are in Miribilla). Teleworking is possible from time to time. You will have a temporary contract of 6 months duration You will earn a salary of euros gross / hour 21,19 You will work from Monday to Friday in split shift hours
