As an AC, you will be at the front lines of all interactions with third-party vendors. ACs use their top-notch communication and customer service skills to keep third parties happy, informed and steadily moving through the assessment process.What You'll Do:Help third parties via email, phone and other live support channels as they move through the assessment lifecycleServe as a diverse subject matter expert when it comes to explaining and evangelizing our assessment processes and methodologiesBuild and maintain a vast knowledge of internal processes, resources, and third-party accounts in a consistently growing and changing environmentCollaborate with a wide array of internal teams to keep third parties informed and moving forwardMaintain EXTREME vigilance when it comes to data (keen eye for detail is essential)Troubleshoot logistical issues and maintain regular contact with Tech Support in order to keep third parties progressing on their assessmentsDesired Experience & Skills:Experience in a professional customer service role working with multiple customers or vendors at a timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn optimistic team player who can function in a high-pressure environmentKnow how to follow an established process, but you also love to make suggestions on how that process can be enhanced and streamlinedSavvy with sensitive information; you always err on the side of confidentialityAn interest in risk assessment and cyber securityComfortable making/receiving phone calls and providing support in real timePossess an eagerness to continuously expand your knowledge and skillsAbility to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise in a fast-paced work environmentBonus points if you have familiarity working with ZendeskSalary range: $42,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
