Assistant Baker

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Baker to join our team. If you have a passion for creating delicious baked goods and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods- Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times- Frying and icing donuts- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Maintain a clean and organized workspaceExperience- Prior experience in a bakery or similar setting is preferred- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods- Familiarity with pastry decoration is a plus- Ability to lift the mixing bowls (approx. 50-100 lbs)- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
