Full Time, year-round employment.The Assistant General Manager is responsible for driving the success of Fritzs Adventure. As a leader, this individual is responsible for helping control Fritzs Adventures operations, leading, staffing, and training team members, and ensuring a culture that produces a great guest experience. They must be incredibly self-motivated and take the initiative to proactively grow Fritzs Adventure and its team.Essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation, including staffing, training, customer service, facilities, and events. Oversee daily operations of the business. Accountable for leading team members to ensure a highly engaged and effective team. Help create a culture where excellence and remarkable service are the standards for serving our guests. Ensure the execution of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of Fritzs Adventure to guests. Execute best-in-class facility opening and closing procedures. Create a safe, secure and healthy work environment. Facilitate a great work environment.Knowledge and Skills: Detail-oriented Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Demonstrate reasoned decision-making Guest and service-minded High level of integrity and dependability Strong sense of urgency with a focus on resultsRequirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Previous experience of 2 years leading a team. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work nights and weekends.Physical Requirements: Constant standing and walking. Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds independently and safely. Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps. Constant computer, point-of-sale register usage. Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around others and guests. Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas using the spoken word. Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
