This role is responsible for supporting the management of all reservation operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the first point of contact. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Working closely with the Reservation Manager, Restaurant Management, and Host Team, the Assistant Reservation Manager will help maximize restaurant capacity, maintain accurate guest profiles, and ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house departments. Responsibilities: Assist in the daily management of reservation operations and booking systems. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online reservation platforms in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, VIP profiles, and special requests. Support table allocation strategies to optimize restaurant occupancy while preserving service standards. Coordinate closely with the Host, Reception, and Management teams to ensure smooth guest flow. Monitor waitlists, cancellations, and last-minute reservation adjustments. Assist in training and supervising reservation and host staff when required. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and luxury hospitality protocols. Prepare daily reservation reports and provide operational insights to management.RequisitosPrevious experience in Reservations, Guest Relations, Host Management, or a similar hospitality role. Experience in Fine Dining or luxury hospitality environments preferred. Proficiency with reservation management systems (SevenRooms) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent Spanish and English required; additional languages are an advantage.
