We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Auto Glass Technician/Helper to join our team.---**Job Description:**As an Auto Glass Technician/Helper, you will be responsible for:- Installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass on a variety of vehicles- Ensuring all installations and repairs meet company and industry standards- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures**Key Responsibilities:**- Assessing damaged auto glass and determining the appropriate repair or replacement method- Removing and installing windshields, door glass, back glass, and other auto glass components- Applying primer and adhesives to auto glass and frames- Cleaning and preparing glass surfaces for installation- Assisting senior technicians with various tasks as needed**Qualifications:**- Previous experience in auto glass installation or repair is preferred but not required- Willingness to learn and follow instructions- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions**How to Apply:**Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they would be a good fit for this position.
