After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is hosting to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, three restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail. The Role of Commis Waiter: The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Commis Waiter to join our team. As a commis waiter, it is essential to provide impeccable service at all times to guests while working close to the other members of the team. Other duties include: Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues. Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner. Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service. Set-up buffets and food stations.RequisitosOur Ideal Commis Waiter will have: Minimum food service experience is required for this role, as well as good communications skills. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required.
