Key responsibilities: B2B Marketing Strategy Development: Build and drive the B2B marketing strategy to enlarge the sales pipeline, nurture existing relationships, and seize new opportunities. Target Audience Development: Work with the commercial team to identify and build target industries, personas, and company profiles for effective targeting. Brand Proposition: Develop and strengthen the brand proposition within the target market, emphasising value propositions for potential clients. Ensure consistency of the B2B brand across all customer-facing materials and platforms. Copywriting: Be excited by both writing relevant and thought leading copy that ensures Hertility stands out in the corporate benefits space, as well as collaborating with others for its delivery. Multi-channel Campaign Management: Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to expand the network of potential clients, delivering high-quality MQLs for the sales team. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to analysis, ensuring alignment with growth targets. CRM Strategy: Collaborate with CRM to proactively set quarterly strategies to develop automation for lead nurturing and client engagement. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute B2B events, conferences and webinars. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments including brand, CRM, social media, and design to support sales enablement efforts, enhance brand presence, and facilitate growth. Collateral Development: Contribute to the creation of various collaterals supporting client acquisition and retention, such as buying guides, whitepapers, case studies, and product explainers. Website Optimisation: Drive iterative improvements to the presentation of B2B services on the company website to generate higher conversion rates. ABM Strategy Development: Working with the commercial teams, develop and implement a rigorous ABM strategy to generate leads and convert target sectors, accounts, and individuals. Reporting and ROI: Serve as the company's point of contact for all B2B marketing updates and report on ROI and top-of-funnel (TOFU) activities. Regularly optimise campaigns and channels to improve ROI. Budget Management: Manage and report on the B2B marketing budget, track spending, and collaborate with the finance team. Client Launch Support: Support the launch of new clients with the sales team and monitor success metrics. Founder Profiling: Establish the company's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as a thought leader through public speaking opportunities. Existing Clients and Partnerships Engagement: Working closely with our Strategic Corporate Partner Manager to engage with B2B clients, brokers and intermediaries to drive quality referrals, increase sales via marketplaces and ongoing promotion of Hertility’s services. Project Management: Independently drive multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations. HubSpot Management: Maintain and optimise HubSpot to drive efficiencies in marketing operations. Efficiency Improvement: Develop more efficient ways of recording B2B marketing activities and strategies, utilising tools like Notion boards and Miro boards. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex to simple, bringing your ideas to life.You will be a good fit if you have: Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a managerial role and/or in a startup environment. Experience of event planning and marketing would be an advantage. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (including Canva, Hubspot & LinkedIn). Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have the ability to occasionally travel to London. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
