Ballroom Dance Instructor

OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adults & YouthDuties- Plan and conduct dance classes for students of various age groups- Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their skills- Utilize creative methods to enhance learning and engagement- Capture memorable moments through photography during classes or eventsRequirements-Willing to learn and adapt new teaching systems- Ability to tailor lessons to meet the needs of individual students- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred- Any previous teaching experience- Any dance experienceTeaching or dance experience is not required since we will provide paid training on both areas.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits: Health insurancePaid time off Schedule: 4 hour shift8 hour shiftMonday to Friday Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Hilton Head Island, SC 29926: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
