The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious food and beverage items in a fast-paced environment.DutiesPrepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items including: smoothies, acai bowls avocado toast and coffeeOperate Point of Sale systems with proficiency, handling transactions accuratelyAssist in food preparation and handling to support the caf's offeringsProvide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the caf areaRequirementsPrevious experience in a caf or similar setting is preferredStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clienteleKnowledge of cash handling proceduresAbility to multitask in a high-volume environmentWillingness to learn and adaptElixir Wellness Cafe is a small, locally owned business that is woman owned and operated.
