Bartender

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.Duties:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink serviceSkills:- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar systems- Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments preferred- Knowledge of food safety regulations- Familiarity with brewing techniques and craft cocktails- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote specials- Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours effectively- Understanding of the food industry and beverage trends- Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industryJoining our team as a Bartender offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your mixology skills and engage with diverse clientele.
