Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesWe are looking for a Bartender to join our Team in Lisbon! What you will do Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards; Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest requests; Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.RequisitosExcellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks; Excellent communication and organization skills; Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure; Attention to detail and problem solving skills; Passion for service; Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays; The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country; Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.Se ofreceCompetitive compensation package.
