We're looking for skilled individuals to join our team as a Bartender and a Server at Ix-Xatt at one80, Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo. JOB DESCRIPTION: Craft / Serve a variety of cocktails and drinks with precision and flair, Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience, Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless service during busy periods, Ensuring our guests are welcomed and receive a genuine experience, Ensure bar is prepped and ready for service, Deliver service in a prompt and sense of alertness, Mixology of new and standard signature and International cocktails, Execution of beverages in line to set SOP’s, General upkeep of the bar and beverage stores.RequisitosPosition is based at Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo - the sister island of Malta. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience of at least 2 years as a mixologist in a fast-paced environment is preferred, Sound knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mixing, garnishing and presentation, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays, A positive attitude, a team player and a passion for hospitality.Se ofrece€19,760 Gross per annum (Gross basic wage excluding benefits) - The Restaurant shall pay the Employee for hours worked over and above the 40-hour week in line to Maltese legislation. - Double pay when working on Public Holidays up to 8hrs. - Quarterly bonuses (known as government bonus). - Uniforms covered by company. - Meals on duty. - Employee discounts at all one80 outlets. - Competitive salary and tips - Opportunities for career growth and development within our restaurant group. - A dynamic and supportive work environment
