Paving Pathways ABA Services we pride ourselves on offering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients while treating both clients and employees with the respect they deserve.We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time position working with clients in Fairfax and the surrounding area.We are looking for a BCBA who is committed to results based outcomes and willing to embrace a trauma informed approach. Someone who works well as part of a collaborative team that brainstorms regularly.This position is built around afternoon, evening and weekend hours. Schedules are set to provide employees with an actual work/life balance. We provide you with the support you need to enable our clients to progress.What sets us apart?Custom treatment plans. Our treatment programs are tailored to fit each client with a focus on each familys specific needs.Trauma-informed. While our BCBAs focus on data-driven goals, we are also careful to address and incorporate the individual emotional needs of each client and their families. We take a holistic and emotionally informed approach to ABA.Whole-family approach. We engage all parents/caregivers in ongoing ABA education so that they can understand and participate fully in their childs progress. We find that this keeps parents/caregivers invested in our treatment approach while allowing us to work with them on a more meaningful level.Cutting edge practices. All of our BCBAs are engaged in continuous education and are continually incorporating the latest techniques and practices. Our techniques are always evolving.Open-door Policy. You can come to us at any time about anything and you will be heard and thoughtfully considered.Who are we?Paving Pathways is an established ABA practice in Northern Virginia. We have been in operation for more than a decade. We provide in-home and in-school Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The majority of our clients are in the four to ten year old range.Our office is in Springfield, but this position will involve travel to clients in Fairfax and the surrounding area.Our team is comprised of four BCBAs, a Lead RBT, and a half dozen RBTs.Position Details:In-home services with clients in Fairfax and the surrounding areaVirtual attendance at bi-weekly leadership meeting with other BCBAsAttendance at monthly staff meeting at office in SpringfieldRequirements:Board Certified Behavior AnalystBCaBA applicants will be consideredMust have reliable transportationRequires basic computer skillsCompensation:$90k starting salary, negotiableHealth and Dental Insurance availableHSA accountPaid sick leave, up to 4 weeksPaid vacation timePlease provide a resume and cover letter.
