Someone who works well as part of a collaborative team that brainstorms regularly.This position is built around afternoon, evening and weekend hours. We engage all parents/caregivers in ongoing ABA education so that they can understand and participate fully in their childs progress. We find that this keeps parents/caregivers invested in our treatment approach while allowing us to work with them on a more meaningful level.Cutting edge practices. We have been in operation for more than a decade. We provide in-home and in-school Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The majority of our clients are in the four to ten year old range.Our office is in Springfield, but this position will involve travel to clients in Fairfax and the surrounding area.Our team is comprised of four BCBAs, a Lead RBT, and a half dozen RBTs.Position Details:In-home services with clients in Fairfax and the surrounding areaVirtual attendance at bi-weekly leadership meeting with other BCBAsAttendance at monthly staff meeting at office in SpringfieldRequirements:Board Certified Behavior AnalystBCaBA applicants will be consideredMust have reliable transportationRequires basic computer skillsCompensation:$90k starting salary, negotiableHealth and Dental Insurance availableHSA accountPaid sick leave, up to 4 weeksPaid vacation timePlease provide a resume and cover letter.
