<p><strong>Hiring:</strong> In-Home Behavior Therapist</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> Competitive rate: $25-30 per hour based on experience</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday- Friday; 2 Hour sessions scheduled between 3:30pm-7:00pm</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals who enjoy working with children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Come and join our team! Well train you to use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve the lives of our clients. Under the supervision of Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts, your primary duty will be teaching clients in their home and the community to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in their individualized treatment plans.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures the supervision and safety of assigned client.</li><li>Provide high-quality service one-to-one instruction according to program design.</li><li>Record Data using Rethink.</li><li>Assist with bi-annual or quarterly progress reports.</li><li>Work collaboratively with all members of the treatment team.</li><li>Practice confidentiality and maintain a high standard of ethics.</li><li>Ensures the supervision and safety of assigned client.</li><li>Complies with HIPAA and FERPA guidelines.</li><li>Completes the training program, including passing all training tests and observations.</li><li>Completes and passes CALM or Safety Care training</li><li>Provides one-to-one instruction for clients according to program design.</li><li>Implements instructional programs and behavior management procedures according to client specific management guidelines, behavior intervention plan, reinforcement system guidelines, and/or as directed by the supervisor.</li><li>Provides parent/family trainings and feedback.</li><li>Records program data, behavior data, and other daily data as specified in the program or as prescribed by case supervisor.</li><li>Completes all required forms and end-of-session responsibilities in a timely manner.</li><li>Provides generalization sessions across therapeutic environments as prescribed (e.g., in home, community outings, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience working with children with autism and related disabilities (preferred).</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.</li><li>Proficient oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox.</li><li>Caring, compassionate, hardworking, and punctual.</li><li>Ability to physically work with the client (may involve running, squatting, lifting, prompting, and physical management).</li><li>A valid drivers license.</li><li>Has access to a reliable transportation and computer/device with internet.</li><li>Must be able to pass CORI and SORI check.</li></ul><p><strong>About Crossroads Continuum:</strong></p><p>Crossroads Continuum is a mission-driven organization, dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with autism.
