Bicycle Mechanic

The candidate for this position will require the knowledge and ability to repair eBikes, road, mountain, gravel, and triathlon bikes; as well as perform processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met for our customers.Responsibilities:Diagnose mechanical issues and identify root cause of any problemsPerform mechanical repairs and maintenancePerform quality control testing to ensure bikes are 100% safe and in optimal conditionMaintain a clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environmentEffectively communicate with team members and management to coordinate repairs, inventory, and customer orders Qualifications:Certified by UBI or equivalent a plusHands on experience with specialized tools a mustExcellent communication skillsHands on experience with POS software (Lightspeed a plus)Must possess a keen eye for even the smallest of details.Meticulous, mechanically inclined problem-solver typeHighly motivated and thrives in team environmentAbility to manage workflow and meet deadlinesPrevious experience is required: Minimum 3 to 4 years with certifications.
