We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for our client's Project Management Practice. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who can aggressively expand market presence while leveraging their extensive network and industry expertise to drive significant revenue growth.Primary Objectives Aggressively pursue and secure new accounts in target industries Expand the Project Management Practice through strategic business development initiatives Cultivate and leverage a robust professional network to identify and close high-value opportunities Essential FunctionsBusiness Development & Sales Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-value, strategic accounts Lead complete sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure Consistently meet or exceed new business targets and revenue goals Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecasting Demonstrate a "hunter" mentality through continuous prospecting and qualification Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new account penetration Strategic Leadership Create and implement innovative account strategies to expand market share Move deals up the services/consulting value chain Develop proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that effectively communicate value proposition Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities RequirementsExperience 10+ years of Business Development experience in one or more industries: Oil & Gas Utilities Manufacturing Heavy Industrial Architecture & Construction 5+ years of Services business development experience managing large customer accounts Proven track record in Project Management outsourcing/consulting engagements Technical Expertise Experience in Project Management areas including: Full Project Lifecycle Management Project Planning & Controls Project Quality & Safety Construction & Field Management Outage & Turnaround Support Architectural Modeling & Documentation Procurement & Supply Chain Experience driving revenue within EPC model (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Education & Skills Bachelor's degree required Excellent communication skills with executive presentation ability Strong knowledge of engineering, utility, and energy sectors Demonstrated ability to align customer goals with solution offerings Additional Requirements Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US Project Management Consulting experience preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Performance Expectations Consistent achievement of revenue targets Development of new strategic accounts Expansion of existing client relationships Accurate pipeline management and forecasting Regular engagement with key decision-makers Effective collaboration with internal teams Benefits Lucrative earning (Base of $150k - $180k with commission) Vehicle and cell phone allowance 28 days PTO Be part of a multi-billion-dollar business with growth opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy USAEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
