The BDS supports the sales team and is responsible for setting sales appointments and selling B2B building maintenance solutions.Essential functionsMakes proactive phone calls and sends emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments. Sells City Wide services to potential prospects that results in increased sales per month. Manages all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Handles incoming phone calls and requests for information. Supports the sales team by creating sales presentations, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.Preferred Experience 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment. Cold calling experience over the phone and in person. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platformQualifications- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong sales background with experience in B2B sales- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word- Ability to effectively cold call and conduct outbound calling- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, and other sales support tools- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data
