They provide transaction and strategy advisory services to investors, fund managers, companies, donors, and governments. The client is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance its HR operations by making them more data-driven and outcomes-based. The role involves working closely with the Chief People Officer to develop interactive dashboards and organize data for the people team. The primary focus is to transform HR concepts into data-driven insights that are easily understood by finance and engineering teams. The project aims to have fully functional dashboards by early 2025, with the flexibility to start as a three-month engagement, potentially extending based on the scoping process.Role and ResponsibilitiesRole: | Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Direct Report | Chief People Officer Candidates required | 1 Deliverables Design and develop dashboards to present HR data in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner. Organize the back-end data, potentially using SQL to create data warehouses. Ensure the data is structured logically for easy retrieval and visualization using Power BI. Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to align the dashboards with the strategic goals of making HR more data-driven. Make HR metrics more tangible and accessible for finance and engineering teams. Develop live dashboards that allow for real-time engagement and foster a sense of inclusion and belonging within the company. RequirementsExperience required Proven experience in data organization, warehousing, and dashboard creation. Experience in working with HR analytics or similar functions to make data-driven decisions. Technical requirements Proficiency in SQL for back-end data structuring and management.Expertise in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard visualization. Soft skills Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the people team and other departments. Other requirements Reliability and trustworthiness, as the role directly impacts the company's internal HR operations. Working ArrangementLocation Remote/flexible, with potential for a mix of remote and occasional in-office work as needed.
