Full-time position to create a warm and streamlined experience for all our clients. Duties will include aspects of assisting our three divisions and the advisors within each. Experience with client-facing activities such as reception, individual and group meetings, phones & correspondence, client follow-up and coordination, etc. will be highly valued. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and staying connected with a variety of partners and vendors will be important. The ideal candidate will be an organized and efficient person who can work autonomously. You should be able to multitask and prioritize your duties effectively.Prior experience with CRM systems will be very helpful. Candidates with life, health, or securities licenses will be preferred. However, neither are requirements to apply.Background checks and finger-printing are required for all employees as well as ongoing regulatory CE, as required. Non-disclosure agreements may also be required due to client confidentiality subject to various fiduciary duties.ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones and greet clients in a friendly mannerSchedule client appointmentsProcess incoming and outgoing client and vendor paperworkCreate and maintain procedures for CRM task and client data managementProvide general support to our financial advisors and employee benefits manager with any administrative tasks.Assist advisors with ongoing annual compliance reportingPerform other tasks assigned by the manager as neededSkills/Abilities/KnowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsCRM experience preferred, but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers) and computer software (e.g. Google Drive)Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsOrganizational skills with strong time management abilities; able to multi-task and prioritize workStrong organizational skills with excellent follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple tasks at one time; ability to manage multiple projects at one time; ability to manage change; ability to manage people; ability to adapt quickly; flexibility; positive attitude; high school diploma or higher;Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayNo nightsNo weekendsWork Location: In person
