Caregiver

Family in Columbus Indiana, in the Parkside Community is in search of a once a month part-time Live In Companion / Caregiver for their 89 year of age African American mother who lives with Advanced Vascular Dementia. Client is able to provide all personal care (showering) and dressing, with occasional reminder to change attire, and find items during morning dressing. Specific responsibilities are:Companionship / Monitoring / Meal Prep / Very light housekeeping / Laundry is at an as needed task. Possible occasional transportation in clients vehicle may be needed for appointments and groceries.Medication reminder am / evening (timed dispenser) There are additional non medical activities the client enjoys after dinner, this information will be provided during interview.Reference & Background Checks will be completedA Zoom interview with the clients daughter will be scheduled.This opportunity schedule for the month of July is : July 16 - July 23rdAn overnight rate offer of $300 per overnight stay, with added provisions. Additional information on arrival and departure times will be discussed during the interview.Days of stay each month ranges from 4-9 days, additional information on scheduling will be discussed during the initial contact conversation, this is NOT a weekly opportunity, it is an once a month consecutive stay arrangement, with open flexibility to accommodate availability.
