Caregiver

Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to residents in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and possess a nurturing and supportive demeanor.Duties:- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry- Support residents with dementia care needs- Ensure resident rights are respected at all times- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviorExperience:- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or social work- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques- Familiarity with senior care and dementia care best practices- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work with empathy, patience, and respectThis position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry.
