Caregiver

Provides personal care tasks, personal hygiene services, light housekeeping tasks and other related support services essential to our clients' health. Observes, record and report all changes to supervisor. All Home Helpers Care Aids must demonstrate competence in performing the necessary skills and only perform those skills on the plan of care. Duties and Responsibilities': Vary depending on the client, may include:Maintain a safe, secure and healthy patient environment by following Home Helpers standards, procedures and maintaining security precautions.Performs home management tasks, housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands.Meal prep according to instruction and assist with feeding when requiredHelp family members care for the patient by advising on nutrition, cleanliness and housekeeping.Record information and notifying supervisor of changing or unusual conditionsAdhere to professional standards, federal, state and local requirement.Qualifications:Must be at least 25 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalencyValid drivers license and insuranceMinimum of 2 years clean driving recordMulti state background checkNo prior felony or reoccurring misdemeanor convictionCurrent TB test (must be less than 30 days old)Current CPR and First AidMinimum of 3 years of caregiving experience
