We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter tojoin our growing team. Cleanway specializes in high-quality residential and commercial projects, restoring structures that have been damaged by fire, water, or mold. All of our reconstruction projects follow some kind of damage to a building so you will get to work closely with our mitigation department to scope jobs before they start. Our office is located in Waltham, MA and we service projects across the greater Boston metro areaWe are committed to delivering exceptional results and value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and leadership.Key Responsibilities: Lead a carpentry crew in various construction and remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete tasksaccurately Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards Coordinate with our mitigation department as well as subcontractors to ensureseamless project flow Maintain job site safety (OSHA compliant) and compliance with building codes Perform tasks including framing, drywall, trimming, and custom woodwork, cabinetry& painting, etc. as necessaryRequirements: Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience, with a track record of successfullycompleting end-to-end remodeling projects Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations Ability to manage and mentor junior carpenters and laborers Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentWhat We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience starting range $40-$45 an hourdepending on experience Option of a company vehicle, or a Gas and tool allowances if bringing your ownvehicle and tools 2 weeks paid vacation/ per year 6 paid holidays/ per year 401k plan with 2% company match after 6 months Performance-based incentive pay Opportunity for career advancement and professional developmentIf you are a dedicated Lead Carpenter with a passion for quality workmanship and acommitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover message detailing your experience to[[email protected]] with the subject line Lead Carpenter Application.Portfolios appreciatedWe look forward to hearing from you!
