Carpenter

Bates Construction Company is looking to hire an individual to join our team with great work ethic and framing knowledge. We do a wide variety of work ranging from new construction, pole barns, finished basements, covered patios, decks, and more. We do most of our work in St.Clair County, Monroe County, and Randolph County. Must have a valid driver's license and a background check will be done. Requirements:Experience in Framing or Construction-related fields.Must be able to take direction, retain information, and follow through.Must be reliable and punctual, and communicate directly to the supervisor. Pay/Benefits:Typically 40 hours a week. Start time depends on weather and the location/type of job. Pay is based on experience.Potential for advancement with proven performance and reliability
