Full job descriptionBurn Boot Camp trainers represent the top 1% of trainers in the country. A successful Burn Boot Camp Trainer thrives in a small business, fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and effectively leads and influences other team members. The Trainer reports directly to the Head Trainer and is a critical piece of the Training Team.ResponsibilitiesTrainer responsibilities include but are not limited to:Member ExperienceTrain agreed upon number of camps per monthDevelop and facilitate with team to create genuine relationships with every member to understand their goals and how to best motivate to reach resultsLead and motivate members by delivering pre-designed and custom intense workouts following protocolExecute focus meetings that align with Burn Boot Camp philosophyEnsure safety of clients through exercise techniqueModify specific exercises to accommodate various fitness levels whileworking to reach the necessary RPEExecute on client outreach process using APE within the required response timeExecute in gym challenges per HQ designHost and/or train private events to build community and educate membersClient Growth ManagementWork with Client Experience Manager to reach target goalsBuild and sustain a highly engaged communitySocial MediaSupport Social Media Specialist in content creationProfessional DevelopmentAttend and participate at Monthly Trainer Development MeetingsMaintain current Personal Training & CPR/AED CertificatesOpportunity to attend Regional Trainings, Annual Summit and other events as opportunity allowsRequirements & CertificationsAll trainers must hold a current Personal Training certificate or degree in a related fieldAccepted CPTs include: AAPTE, ACE, ACSM, ACTION, CI, IFPA, ISSA, NASM, NCSF, NCCPT, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA, WITS. Some exceptions may applyCPR/AED certificationOther employment documents (Confidentiality and Non-compete agreement)QualificationsBe a natural leader with the ability to manage people and follow through for successful outcomesKnowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanicsPositive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and stay organizedDesire and capacity to train all fitness levelsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPassion for connecting and helping othersHoursTrainer position is part time.
