Maintain organisation and ensure the smooth operation of the staff kitchen. Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service flow. Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and well - organised working environment. Contribute ideas for balanced and varied staff menus. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen environment (preferably in hospitality or high - quality restaurants) . Strong organisational and time management skills. Team - oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude. Ability to work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) . Knowledge of vegetarian cuisine. Creativity and willingness to innovate. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. Basic knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
