Childcare director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. ## Responsibilities - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children - Supervise and support staff members in delivering high-quality care and education - Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being - Manage day-to-day operations of the child care center - Conduct regular assessments of children's development and progress ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience in toddler care, preschool, or classroom setting - Certification in First Aid and CPR - Strong understanding of childhood development principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide compassionate caregiving to children of all ages Join our team as a Child Care Director to make a positive impact on the lives of children while leading a team of dedicated child care professionals.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
