We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.RESPONSIBILITIESMember ExperienceExecution of Childwatch processFacilitate play and oversight of children during a 45-minute camp while parents are working outFacility Management in Childwatch roomNo food/feedings are administered in childwatchNo diaper changes nor child bathroom duties; parents will be called from the floor as needed QUALIFICATIONSCaring and compassionatePatientAble to remain calm in difficult situationsA good communicatorAble to lift 30-40 poundsPreferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certificationPreferred to have experience in child careThis position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, or working conditions associated with this position.
