We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.Duties:- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as neededExperience:- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as floor care and buffing is a plus- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
