Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues by following company policies and procedures.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.- Provide support and guidance to clients, offering product or service recommendations to meet their unique business needs.- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients and improve overall service experience.- Maintain accurate customer documentation and records in our CRM system.- Continually identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the client experience. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.- Knowledge of the industry or previous experience in sales or account management is a plus.- Bilingual candidates preferred.
