There is simply no other analytics solution that is as cost-effective, agile, and impactful. We are looking for a Commissions Analyst to administer Incorta’s variable compensation plans. This position is key to supporting the company’s growth and requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized and has superb time management skills. Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills are needed as cross-functional teamwork with various departments and management levels is required in this role. This position will report to the Manager, of Revenue Operations.YOU WILLResponsible for administration of variable compensation plans, including payment calculations, quota tracking, SPIFFs, adjustments, securing management approvals for payouts, commission statement distribution, and monthly projected paymentsEnsure compensation calculations are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policy or practice.Prepare monthly commission/bonus accrual and payments on time and analysis of accruals vs payments by individuals to align with Finance. Provide support and exception resolution to commissioned employees and management.Partner with the People team to administer draws, MBOs, and commissions.Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness.Collaborate with the Manager, Revenue Operations to migrate from an Excel-based commissions workbook to potentially a commissions software tool.Maintain a focus on process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing time/resource-saving solutionsDevelop documentation to manage all compensation-related processes.Assist with ad hoc reporting, analyses, and other revenue operations projects as neededYOU HAVEMinimum 2 years experience in variable compensation plans.Comfortable working with complex variable compensation plans.A process-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and project management skills who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.Must be able to meet tight deadlines and willing to schedule time off around our monthly close schedules and fiscal year commission plan rollouts.Experience with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and data visualization tools is a strong plus.Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, especially advanced formulas and functions to work independently yet know when to ask for help.We could tell you that we’re building something that truly optimizes the way business intelligence is done.
