With more than 140 retailers In 71,000 retail doors With over half a million points of distribution Available to over a billion people worldwideThousands of 5-star reviews 20 major beauty awards More than 21 million likes on our TikTok content 437,100 followers on TikTok Making us the #1 haircare brand on the platform 1.8 billion digital ads served The Opportunity:The Community Manager is responsible for operationalising the digital and social media strategy for MONDAY and growing/managing the community specifics within their territory. This will involve the building of the local influencer community, daily interactions on social media platforms with customers and the execution of the social media plan in alignment with the Marketing team in New Zealand. The Community Manager is also responsible for assisting the Marketing team in the localisation of the International Brand Strategy to suit the territory, so that the appropriate marketing strategy and channels are used to reach the target market.We are looking for a passionate individual to help us with the international expansion into Vietnam.This role would be very flexible and taking on self-directed work.What you'll do:● Developing a strong influencer network to drive awareness and brand love.● Creation and posting of agreed social media content and assets on social media platforms.● For TikTok, create, script and edit video content and run TikTokShop.● Managing and creating our community by talking to consumers, providing support, andprompting consumers to talk to one another on our platforms to drive engagement. This will beespecially important over the launch period.● Working with our marketing team to appropriately adapt the marketing content to be specific tothe market. This will mainly include supplying on the ground information about variousplatforms, content and messaging when the NZ team has queries.● Managing the creation of our influencer community. Experience and pre-established networks inthe influencer community would be particularly beneficial.● Manage co-branding collaborations.● Coordinating the delivery of product to influencers and giveaway winners.● Working with our management and marketing team to assist in the planning of launch events,customer competitions and assisting with PR relations.● Coordinating events and off-line activations to showcase MONDAY.● Be on top of all social media trends.● SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING PLAN EXECUTION (FACEBOOK, TIKTOK & INSTAGRAM)o Working on a monthly basis to advise International Marketing of localised events and dates that need to be taken into consideration for the brand’s social plan.o Executing social plan using content developed by NZ design team / InternationalMarketing / SEA team● SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGEMENTo Manage engagement levels and ensure all questions/concerns are dealt with in a timely manner on e-platformso Manage the logistics involved with sending replacement packs to customers withnotable concernso Work to ensure a personable approach is taken to all customer service interactions onbehalf of the brand.● INFLUENCER MANAGEMENTo Manage and grow the influencer team through outreach, sampling and engaging influencers in alignment with influencer guidelines.o Manage the logistics involved with the brand’s influencer programo Work with influencers on an ongoing basis to create engaging social contact such as giveaways and competitionso Develop connections with complementary brands to develop collaborative relationships in order to create engaging social content● REPORTINGo Monitor and report on influencer posts across all mediums, detailing post frequency, quality and engagemento Monitor and report on social media marketing plan delivery, detailing reach, engagemento Report on market trends and shifts which may impact the future success of the brand’s marketing strategy for the territory.What you'll bring:● At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital/social media management● Relevant skills and experience in video editing (1-2 years)● Knowledge of TikTok, its algorithms (a regular TikTok user) and able to manage TikTok shop● High Social Media platform user and has existing experience/connections (influencer circles)● Has relevant understanding of account management/retail environment● Ability to understand and communicate in verbal and written English● Good understanding of marketing metrics (views, clicks, engagement, etc)● Strong communication skills in english, digital and relationship/network-building skills● Strong understanding of the Vietnam market/consumers● Can self-manage, Collaborative, relationship-focused and detail-orientedSounds like you?
